  2. Data Analyst — This role will require you to work with data. You will be responsible for data mining, cleaning, and interpretation. In this process, you will also utilise a lot of statistical tools and methods. Hence, you need to have a good understanding of statistics if you want to make it big in this profile.
  3. Robotics Engineer — A lot of organisations are already using robots to carry out tasks for them. For example, a few restaurants in Japan are using robots as the helping staff for taking orders and serving the customers. Given the pandemic, you can expect to see a rise in the use of robots in carrying out various tasks to reduce the touchpoints with multiple people. It is one of the most interesting and fast-growing verticals that is making use of AI.
  4. Research Scientist — As fast as this field is growing, the knowledge is limited. We need people who can help in researching the possibilities that AI holds for us. AI is a vast field with multiple applications. As a research scientist, you will be able to contribute to understanding the usage of machine learning, deep learning and AI in further tasks and processes.

In addition to the above, there are other job roles in the field of business intelligence, natural language processing, big data, and software engineering. Almost every sector is utilising AI in some form or the other including healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain management, retail, education or cybersecurity.

It is time that people start understanding the importance that Artificial Intelligence holds in the industry and upskill themselves accordingly for lucrative career opportunities that are in demand.
